Tai Chi


Tai Chi, dates back centuries in China and is considered one of the oldest forms of martial arts. It is taught mainly for physical wellbeing, mental sharpness and clarity as well as concentration and relaxation. Tai Chi is practiced wearing comfortable clothing.


Instructor Martha Gregory

After teaching, performing and choreographing ballet and modern dance, Martha Gregory was introduced to the fluidity and gracefulness that is Tai Chi. For over 30 years, Martha has taught Tai Chi and Qi Gong in Wilmington and the surrounding areas to students of various ages and skill levels. She also provides demonstrations for the medical and educational communities.

World Beats Yoga

Saturdays 12 to 1PM. A free flowing dance-like practice inspired from musical beats from around the world. This class is great for anyone ready to set their bodies in motion and have fun!

Basic Yoga Flow

Thursdays 12 to 1PM. Class focuses on different breathing techniques and meditation to connect yoga postures as fluid motion. This practice is alower, relaxing and great for all levels.

Elemental Yoga Flow

Fridays 5:30 to 6:30PM. Incorporates natural elements through images and sounds of nature creating a practice where the senses connect with our surroundings.


Instructor Robbin Lopez

Robbin first discovered Yoga in 2003 and completeted her teacher training program in Wilmington in 2011. In an ever changing world, she enjoys the sense of peace and stillness she finds on her mat. Robbin continues to share the healing practice of yoga within the community and help inspire positive changes in the world beginning within oneself.
